Receiving the First Raise
My daughter just moved into her first apartment. She has been working as a dental assistance for a year now and has been doing very well at it. The dentists in the practice have all been very supportive of her, and she just received her first raise. She told me that she already makes more than the average pay for dental assistant. She said that is part of the reason that everyone is so happy at the practice, they pay well so they hire the best people. I am sad that my daughter is no longer living at home but I’m also very proud of her.
