Florida’s Official Vital Records Office

I want to take this post to give you some guidelines to use when requesting vital records or documents. When you send your letter make sure it’s to the point and you don’t beat around the bush. I would recommend only requesting one record at a time and make it as simple and plain as day from the Florida vital records office. Get as much information as possible, while keeping it simple, make sure you specify everything you’re wanting to know and get as much information about the record your requesting. This is to ensure the person looking at the document has enough information to find exact person you are talking about and that you need information for.
